Stage Crew Leadership Position Duties Crew Technical Director q Is the student leader of the stage crew. q Assists advisor with weekly to do list. q Checks supply status for specific projects. q Assists advisor in assigning crew positions for productions. q Assists in running all crew calls q Authorized to sign off on crew hours in the logbook. q Attends all drama club officers meetings and reports back to the crew. q Other duties as assigned by the advisor. Crew Assistant Technical Director q Assists Crew Technical Director with all duties listed above. q Acts as the Crew Technical Director in their absence. q Other duties as assigned by the advisor. Crew Managerq Keeps minuets / activity log of all stage crew meeting / crew calls. q Keeps the crew logbook and tallies and reports hours worked. q Posts all notices to the callboard, schedule changes, meetings, crew calls, etc. q Composes morning announcements for the advisor to approve. q Compiles / composes technical crew information to program. (Bio's, crew lists, etc.) q Other duties as assigned by the advisor. Lead Carpenter / Shop Foreman q Organization, maintains, & inventories of the following: o Lumber o Screws, pneumatic staples and other fastening hardware o Hand and power tools o Misc. Hardware o Paint supply q Assists in running carpentry crew calls. q Maintains security of shop equipment & supplies. q Locks and unlocks all tools & supplies needed for crew calls. q Watches time to assure adequate clean up /wrap up time. q Verifies shop cleanliness and organization at all time, especially at end of crew calls. q Makes sure all tools from the wood shop are returned at end of call. q Makes sure shop first aid kit is stocked. q Other duties as assigned by the Advisor. Lead Lighting Technician q Organization, maintains, & inventories of the following: o Lamps o Gel o Fixtures o Cable o Dimmers o Gobos q Assists in running electrics crew calls. q Other duties as assigned by the advisor. Lead Sound Technician q Organization, maintains, & inventories of the following: o Microphones o Headset Systems o Processing and Playback Gear o Cable o Adaptors o Battery Supply q Assists in running sound crew calls. q Other duties as assigned by the advisor. All Officersq At least one officer must attend all drama club meetings and report back to crew. q Other duties as assigned by the Advisor.
