Dear Parent/Guardian:

This letter is to inform you about the Advanced Placement Exam, which will take place Monday, May 5, 2008 through Friday, May 16, 2008. On the back of this page is a copy of the exam schedule with the locations and times listed.

We will be utilizing THREE different testing locations. Some tests will be held here at Mainland. We will also be holding tests at Linwood Community Church located at 1838 Shore Road in Linwood. The entrance is located in the rear of the building. The majority of our testing will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church Social Hall. It is located on the corner of Poplar Avenue and Wabash Avenue in Linwood. Please make sure your child is aware of where he/she needs to report for his/her exam.

Most of the exams have many participants, which requires time for check in, distribution of materials, etc. Please make sure your child arrives at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of the exam. I am sure you are aware of how important this program is to your student's academic standing. Your commitment is essential. Kindly make sure your child is on time for the exam. Please contact the Guidance Department if there are any questions regarding your AP Exams.
