MRHS Ecology Club

Ecology is the study of how organisms (including humans) interact with their environment. In Ecology Club we participate in activities to promote: 

1.Ecological Education 

2.Ecological Career Exploration  

3.Ecological Advocacy, Activism and Outreach 

As outlined by the Sustainable Jersey for Schools Initiative.

These activities include, but are not limited to: guest speakers, field trips, hands-on learning experiences on campus, viewing documentaries, educational outreach to the school and greater community through participation in farmers markets, STEAM fairs, green fairs, etc., community clean-ups, nature appreciation, food activism and promotion of school recycling program.
