Unified Sports
MRHS Unified Sports joins students with and without disabilities on the same team. Dedicated to promoting social inclusion through shared sports training and competition experiences, it is inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together is a quick path to friendship and understanding.
Players with and without disabilities participate together as teammates on sports training and competition teams. Student partners may serve as mentors to assist teammates of lower abilities in developing sport-specific skills, tactics, and in successfully participating in a cooperative team environment.
MRHS Unified participates in soccer, basketball and track throughout the school year!

- Physical Forms – Athletic Department – Mainland Regional High School
- Athletes and partners will not be able to participate in practice, games or events until this paperwork is submitted!
11- Thursday- Track Practice 3-4pm CHANGE IN VENUE! Due to projected wind and rain, practice will be held in the POOL. Transportation provided home. Please bring a bathing suit and towel!
18- Thursday- Track Practice 3-4pm on track. Transportation provided home. BRING WATER BOTTLE!
24- Wednesday- Track Meet @ Delsea Regional High School

2- Thursday- Kickball Tournament @ EHT- 3-4:40pm. Transportation provided home.
9- Thursday- Track Practice 3-4pm on track. Transportation provided home. BRING WATER BOTTLE!
15- Wednesday- Track Practice 3-4pm on track. Transportation provided home. BRING WATER BOTTLE!
16- Thursday- Lunch at the Elks Lodge in Brigantine- 11am-1:15pm. Transportation provided to and from.
22- Wednesday- Mainland's Annual Track and Field Invitational!!!
