Transcript Release Form

Current students must request transcripts via Naviance only AFTER they have submitted college applications and indicated this in Naviance.

Former students can download a Transcript Release Form below and submit it to the Guidance Office for processing. Directions are on the form.  Please include a copy of your I.D.
